Perfect and fairly clean place to stay in, it has outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception services and the porter services. The breakfast is great, and the location is excellent so close to convenience area, Right next to Pratunam Market and many indoor malls.

Smooth check-in process, service was generally good overall. the suite was huge, with beds that were incredibly large. There's a wide range of tasty meal options available here. 🍽️

Location right by the shopping Malls nearby and transport and Platinum Mall and Pratunam night market. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of meals. Excellent service with great value for money.

The rooms were new-fashioned and tastefully decorated, with a good view. A sitting area, a sofa, and a hair dryer were available here too...

A gym and fitness center were right on spot. Suite was huge, the beds were comfy.

Upon entering the hotel lobby which was located on the 7th floor of a new mall-Shibuya I was warmingly greeted by the staff at the reception area as well as all the hotel staff that was standing around. Throughout my entire stay at glow the staff hospitality was very consistent. And because the hotel is new you can expect all facilities to be brand new and of good condition. I especially love their dining area- Luna Sky Garden Cafe which has a really nice garden themed setting. You can also choose between an indoor or outdoor seating area which is overlooking the city buildings. On one of the nights I had dinner at the Wine Lounge area and the food was fresh, delicious and extremely value for money. I'll recommend their Phad Thai & Chicken Stewer dish. Despite being a new hotel, glow has fully exceeded my expectations and I'll definitely stay here again on my next bkk trip.

The breakfast here had a good variety of dishes to choose from and there was plenty of food to go around. Also, the location is top-notch, just a stone's throw away from a popular shopping spot! 🛍️

I don't usually review hotel after a stay but glow Pratunam has managed to let me do so. 1) Fantastic Location except the cab driver made a wrong turn into the lane, missed Soi 19 but that's ok after the first experience. 2) Fantastic Service. Always greeted by friendly bell boys and service at counter. The pre and post experience is the same. 3) Fantastic Room! GLOW upgraded my 1 night stay to Suite & I was overjoyed to have such lovely room to myself. The overall decor, cleaniness and facilities were all up to standard.

Just one tiny comment - Wifi service can be improved. On off disruption and 1 id per access (I.E. only allowed 1 id per phone. So if you have a laptop with you, you will not be able to login using the same id. Unless you logout from your phone). Recommend to have multiple access.

The place was spotless and modern. Had professional and customer-oriented staff. - It was in a comfy and best possible location right by Pantip Plaza. - the hotel itself was in a fantastic area, very close to eateries, convenient shops, malls, and Pratunam Market and Sab Sab Wanton Mee.

Loved the corner room we had and the superb view of the city. The quality of the hotel and staff was 1st class. Loved ping pong ( nickname) who works in restaurant ( great food) and thanks to Ono in concierge ( great guy)

This place is absolutely gorgeous and amazing! the staff members, especially the female receptionists, are incredibly friendly. the rooms are spacious and well-lit, and they come with an extra bed and a large, clean bathroom. 🌟

This hotel is just wonderful! I have stayed here 3 times within the last few months and I cannot fault it.
